Why We Need You:
We're looking for a seasoned Staff Data Analyst to lead company data cleanup efforts across Engineering and Research, taking feedback from Product/ESP/IA and integrating that into company cleanup by prioritizing segments and features of companies that are most relevant to our customers and most in need of cleanup until we have the most accurate and comprehensive company data in the industry (including from AI-derived sources). What You'll Do:
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve data quality across the organization, proactively determining the most efficient strategies for data cleanup and optimization
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve complex data issues, applying analytical judgment to balance effort, impact, and business value
  • Direct Research projects to uncover opportunities and drive progress on cleanup
  • Prioritize Engineering efforts and track results over time to meet deadlines
  • Leverage expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and NoSQL to transform, cleanse, and extract data, delivering accurate and well-structured datasets for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain high standards for data governance, quality assurance, and documentation.
Your Working Experience:
  • 8-12 years of escalating levels of responsibility in a role blending data analytics and operations at a management consulting firm or large SaaS company
  • SQL/NoSQL/Python for data extraction  @ expert level
  • Spreadsheet-based workflows @ expert level
  • Data visualizations
  • Able to structure work at program level, independently managing toward a goal
  • Project management across Research, Engineering, Product 
  • Data cleansing/debugging/RCA with messy data

$140,000 - $160,000 a year Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role is listed below by location, and the exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
Tier One Markets (SF, NYC, Seattle): $150,000 - $160,000 per year All Other Remote US: $140,000 - $150,000 per year Were an Equal Opportunity Employer
