Business Development Representative

American Bolt Corporation, headquartered in New Berlin, WI, is looking for a Business Development Representative for the Milwaukee, WI territory, to join our sales team. We are excited to bring on a Business Development Representative with a winning, positive mindset to help us grow this territory.
Total compensation for this position is $60,000-$95,000 (base salary plus quarterly bonus eligibility), based on experience and performance.
The territory for this position spans across the Milwaukee metro – south through Hales Corners, east to the lake, north through Jackson/Slinger, and west through Sussex and Waukesha. This representative must live in the territory.
American Bolt provides a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, personal time off, vacation time, paid holidays and more. American Bolt also offers a profit-sharing bonus for all employees. This role includes cell phone, laptop, and other standard tools to execute the role.
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL
- Identify and secure new business relationships in the Milwaukee metro territory.
- Strategically develop accounts.
- Self-generate business as well as work with provided leads partner with accounts.
- Manage existing accounts (some account management).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnership building
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Construction industries is preferred
- Experience using CRM tools
- Strong computer skills
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time outside sales position is expected to be active in the Milwaukee metropolitan territory and available for customer needs. This sales position is a remote (home office) position in the Milwaukee metro area, and since this position is close to our headquarters, there is a shared office space available in office as well. You must live in the territory. Travel is expected daily within the territory.
