Harris Beach Murtha is seeking a Practice Support Coordinator to join our Commercial Real Estate team in our Rochester, NY office. You will THRIVE in this role if you have:
- 3+ years of law firm experience, preferably in commercial real estate
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- A proactive, independent work ethic and sound judgment under minimal supervision
The Practice Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting attorneys with a blend of high-level administrative and paralegal tasks. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:
- Provide daily administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as commitment letters, loan documents, deeds, and purchase and sale agreements
- Communicate professionally with clients, borrower's counsel, title companies, and other stakeholders
- Assist with in-office and off-site closings, including pre- and post-closing document organization
- Handle title review, including ordering titles and updated surveys
- Prepare and file State and County UCC financing statements
- Manage calendars, phone calls, and document scanning/profiling
- Open new matters using the firm's business intake system
- Provide back-up support to administrative assistants and attorneys as needed

Salary information below will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position, geographic locations and weekly hours schedule. The anticipated weekly schedule for the Practice Support Coordinator in Rochester is 38.75 hours per week.
