**Position Overview:**

This is a new position focused on driving sales through both outbound and incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to connect with customers to enhance their experience with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the sales strategy and initiatives for

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

  • Develop and implement sales tactics to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, trends, and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of outbound calling sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.

**Compensation:**

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing substantial earning potential based on performance.
