Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI tools, techniques, and problem-solving.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and process optimization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives.
• Drive the standardization of best practices throughout manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI principles into daily operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent expertise and project experience).
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex improvement projects, driving measurable results and cultural change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and relevant software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data analysis and process integration.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Certification or strong experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business cases and calculate ROI for improvement projects.
