Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant III (Commercial Banking) provides executive level assistance and support to the Chief Lending Officer.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Prepares correspondence and reports for the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) as needed
- Coordinates calendar of the CLO by making arrangements for meetings, rescheduling meetings, and keeping the calendar up to date
- Answers telephone and takes messages for CLO
- Provides items to the CEO's Executive Secretary for EC/MC meetings by referring to matrix to determine what is due
- Makes meeting, lodging, and catering arrangements for Senior Management Strategic Planning meetings, Strategic Planning Council meetings, sales retreats, or other events as assigned
- Provides other administrative duties for the Commercial Banking area, including scanning documents, making copies, sorting mail, etc.
- Coordinates flight arrangements for Lending Division team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Executive Assistant II
- Associates degree in business related field preferred
- At least two years of executive level administrative experience required
- Two-year post-secondary degree/specialized study preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Executive Assistant III
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred
- At least four years of executive level administrative experience required

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions.
Executive Assistant II: Hiring Salary Range: $56,000 - $65,000
Executive Assistant III: Hiring Salary Range: $58,000 - $69,000
