Trissential is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our client's team and drive high-impact projects across core business functions like Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and CRM. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex business application projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Oversee project financials, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors for successful delivery.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change management and training plans to drive user adoption.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Utilize collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint) for effective communication across distributed teams.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of project management experience focused on business function application projects (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related functions.
  • Excellent project financial management skills (OpEx, Capital, Accrual Accounting).
  • Proficiency with Financial and Procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives independently.
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with large-scale ERP or CRM implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with business process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain, HR, or Finance teams to optimize processes and systems.
  • Experience deploying collaboration and productivity tools across business units.

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits $135,000–$145,000 annually or $73–$83 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
