Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including weekly payroll processing, Client AIA Applications, and accounts payable.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records for budgeting and payroll.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for all projects and administrative functions.
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within the construction industry or similar environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management, along with basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and with external partners.
- Experience in vendor management, ensuring quality service delivery from suppliers and contractors.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and budgeting practices to support financial operations. We are a small (20 employees) family owned, Florida company established in 1985.
