What you'll do
- Assist in meal preparation by setting up Chef and guests cooking stations, assist the guest throughout the class and help with service at the end of class.
- Support the cooking team by preparing food items according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Handle food items properly, adhering to all health regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Participate in cooking events as needed
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent food service by plating dishes beautifully and serving them with care.
- Pack boxes for classes and make sure that all company's equipment is taken care of and returned to storage.
Basic qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Culinary experience or training is a plus.
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
