About The Role
Enable Dental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing partner dental practices, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with Enable Dental's services. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying their needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned dental practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for practice growth and efficiency improvements through the effective utilization of Enable Dental's resources and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and present performance data, identifying trends and recommending strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Onboard new dental practices, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of Enable Dental's support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategic account management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for account

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving account growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of dental practice operations is a significant plus.
