Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves various responsibilities within the restaurant, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms; ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service & fast-food environment is preferred.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation protocols is essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
