Cleanest Restaurant Group, a national leader in professional restaurant cleaning, is expanding our Houston operations. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Overnight Cleaning Supervisor to lead our local cleaning teams and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in restaurant environments—from fast casual to fine dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support overnight cleaning crews across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Oversee nightly cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, and customer dining areas, ensuring compliance with company and health standards.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning and floor care as needed.
  • Plan nightly tasks, manage labor efficiently, and verify job completion at each site.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Drive company vehicle to and between assigned sites; transport crew and equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections, report performance or attendance issues, and communicate with management and clients.
  • Assist with training and on boarding of new team members.
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists, reports, and photo documentation.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Floor care expertise (strip, wax, buff, and carpet shampooing).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling, checklists, and reporting.

Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
