HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, varied schedule.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Functional Family Therapy and facilitate evidence-based groups for at-risk youth. Complete assessments and corresponding documentation. Strengthen family communication, reduces conflict, and builds a supportive home environment. Help youth recognize harmful thinking patterns and develop better judgment. Supports emotional well-being, trauma recovery, and behavior change.

QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related Human Services field. Will accept applications from Master's Level Interns in their final Internships. 

  • Do you have an ACT or LAC license, or the ability to be licensed?
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
  • Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
  • Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
