Entry Level Sales Representative

Pure Energy Window Company is Michigan's leading window and door installation company. Pure Energy is a family owned and operated replacement window company servicing all of Metro Detroit, Southeastern Michigan, and Greater Lansing.

The Entry Level Sales Representative Position

Pure Energy Window Company is expanding their sales team and seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals for an Entry Level Sales Representative position. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy interacting with people, this is the opportunity for you

The Entry Level Sales Representative plays a key role in driving company revenue by generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. The position visits residential and commercial locations and interacts with potential customers daily, engaging them to understand needs and ultimately recommending a top notch Pure Energy product.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Entry Level Sales Representative

· High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business and sales is a plus

· Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Manage customer objections and close sales effectively

· Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive attitude

· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and as part of a team

· Maintain a record of daily interactions and sales activities in a reporting system

· Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather conditions

Compensation and Benefits for the Entry Level Sales Representative

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure. The compensation package also includes paid training, health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.

The Recruiting Process for the Entry Level Sales Representative

The recruitment process will include a mixture of phone and in-person interviews, and a pre-employment background check. The process, which is being facilitated in conjunction with Pure Energy's HR partner, EctoHR, is designed to make sure that candidates are aligned with the Company's long-term goals and have shared core values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $130,000.00 per year
