Our team is passionate about animal health and well-being, and we strive to create a welcoming environment for both our clients and their furry companions.Position Overview:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented veterinary receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our client's first point of contact, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.Process payments and handle billing inquiries.Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Handle incoming emails and messages promptly.Assist with inventory management as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional veterinary technology or related field education is a plus.Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-focused attitude.Proficient in using computer systems; experience with veterinary software (Idexx Neo) is an advantage.Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.Compassionate towards animals and their owners.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development.A supportive team environment.Employee discounts on pet care.401(k).Health insurance for full-time employees.We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to grow with us.
