About the Role:

We're looking for a proven sales closer with a telemarketing background who can thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment. You'll be selling beauty and cosmetic products directly to consumers — both over the phone and through live sales broadcasts.

This isn't your typical call center job. It's fast-paced, competitive, and commission-driven, where personality, persistence, and performance matter most. If you've ever crushed sales quotas, love talking to people, and can sell with confidence — on the phone or on camera — we want you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound and follow-up calls to warm and cold leads daily.
  • Pitch, promote, and close sales for cosmetic and skincare products with passion and accuracy.
  • Participate in live sales shows — engaging with audiences, demonstrating products, and driving real-time purchases.
  • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain detailed notes and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing to align promotions, follow-up campaigns, and new product launches.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of telemarketing or call center sales experience — preferably in beauty, skincare, or consumer products.
  • Strong phone presence — confident, energetic, and persuasive.
  • Proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable being on camera and speaking to a live audience.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and driven by goals and commissions.
  • Experience using CRM or dialer systems.

Compensation

  • Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
