Our large, multi-op "dental supercenter" model pairs a strong GP/hygiene base with an on-site lab, same-day capabilities, and a community-first approach (Creole/Spanish friendly). We prioritize clear pricing, efficient workflows, and a great patient experience—making specialty care like orthodontics accessible to more families.

Large, modern multi-op practice with a strong hygiene/GP referral base. We're building an in-house ortho line with competitive, transparent pricing:

Compensation:

  • 40% of net collections (after contractual write-offs and ortho lab costs)
  • $1,200/day daily floor for any scheduled "Ortho Day"
  • Transparent reporting and monthly payouts

Schedule:

  • Start 2 days/month, ramp to 1 day/week as demand grows
  • Flexible weekday scheduling; help us set "Ortho Days" that work for you

What You'll Do:

  • Perform new-patient consults, records, treatment planning, bonding, adjustments, and debonding
  • Collaborate with our Treatment Coordinator for same-day starts and clear financials
  • Chart comprehensively; align with office protocols and patient experience standards
  • Direct chairside team (ortho assistant/EFDA support)

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD and Florida dental license in good standing
  • Orthodontic residency (certificate or MS)
  • Malpractice coverage (occurrence or claims-made + tail)
  • Excellent chairside manner; commitment to efficient, ethical care
