In this role, you'll provide expert analysis in forecasting, time-impact evaluations, and claims documentation, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and in full compliance from start to finish.

Essential Functions
- Develop detailed baseline and progress schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring full logic connectivity and resource integration.
- Perform schedule updates, variance analyses, and critical‑path forecasting.
- Conduct Time‑Impact Analyses (TIAs) to evaluate schedule delays and potential claims.
- Coordinate directly with contractors, engineers, and the client's project managers to validate schedule inputs and status updates.
- Prepare performance reports, schedule narratives, and recovery plans.
- Manage and train junior schedulers, ensuring adherence to the client's CPM standards.
- Support QA/QC and Acumen Fuse analyses for schedule integrity checks.
Competencies
- Advanced CPM knowledge and proficiency in Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex schedule logic and risk exposure.
- Strong documentation and report‑writing skills.
- Familiarity with earned value and cost‑schedule integration principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of project scheduling and controls experience for public capital programs.
- Must maintain access eligibility for Maryland state facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI‑SP or AACE PSP certification.
- Experience supporting forensic or claims assignments under public contracts.

Compensation
• $135 – $165 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
The role requires full-time, on-site presence in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be able to reliably commute; relocation expenses are not provided.
