What You Will Do

• Conduct time and motion studies and develop standard work, takt times, and operator balance charts.
• Validate production rates, capacity, and labor standards to support scheduling and customer demand.
• Support JDE BOM/BOO updates using verified cycle times and labor routings.
• Assist with workflow analysis, line balancing, workstation design, and layout improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, kaizen events, and waste reduction efforts.
• Provide hands-on production floor support during process changes, quality issues, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with root cause analysis for scrap, downtime, rework, and ergonomic concerns.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and process readiness activities.
• Maintain and update work instructions and documentation aligned with IATF, VDA, and ISO standards.
• Collect and analyze production, downtime, and efficiency data using ERP and MES/SCADA systems.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial engineering, or process support role.
• Experience supporting or working within IATF 16949, VDA, or ISO quality systems.
• Hands-on experience conducting time studies, developing standard work, or performing workflow analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with JDE or a comparable ERP system, including BOM/BOO structures.
• Familiarity with MES/SCADA systems and production data interpretation.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and root cause analysis tools.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with Operators, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
