As a
Senior Recruiter
, you will be responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple business units and regions. Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

About The Job

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse strategies and platforms, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insights into talent markets, candidate pipelines, and selection decisions.
  • Present candidates comprehensively and manage the offer process, including negotiations within global compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate data-driven reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee sourcing channels and employer branding efforts, including job portals, social media, and external agency management.
  • Lead or contribute to regional/global recruitment projects aimed at process optimization and strategic improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters and coordinators, fostering talent development within the team.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably as a Senior Recruiter in a multinational or complex environment.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment with a consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practices.
  • Solid knowledge of regional employment laws, labor market trends, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading or supporting global/regional recruitment projects.

Salary Range

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
