Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and reliable part-time Property Manager to oversee single-family residential rental properties in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and committed to ensuring that our community remains a clean, welcoming, and comfortable place for residents. A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires consistent interaction with tenants, prospects, and the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and return phone calls for new leasing inquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
  • Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
  • Respond to tenant calls regarding maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a detailed log of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate work orders and plan daily tasks in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician.
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with the Property Management Company.

Process lease renewals.

Conduct continuous property inspections and report maintenance needs

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1 year of property management experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
