We're looking for an energetic and driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our trusted team and help homeowners enhance the beauty and value of their homes.

As a Home Remodeling Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their exterior remodeling needs, present design and product options, and guide them through our project process. You'll receive two weeks of comprehensive training before going on sales calls and will use company-provided technology, including an iPad with CRM and proposal tools, to create a seamless, professional experience for every customer.

  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess exterior remodeling needs and present tailored design and product options
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners through honest communication and excellent customer service
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals and contracts using our digital tools
  • Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups through our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our production and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maryland home improvement sales license is a plus
  • Represent Classic Remodeling with professionalism and integrity at all times to maintain outstanding reputation in community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $150,000.00 per year
