We have partnered on a Regional
Vice President of Operations
role with a large Ophthalmology network across the US who are constantly growing and acquiring leading practices.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in a medical field or healthcare practice including high level management roles
  • Managing multi site operations including financial, physician led and leadership skills
  • Based or willing to relocate to the West Coast

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing leadership of clinical managers and collaborating with doctors to ensure high level operational and patient care maintained
  • Full fiscal responsibilities of P&L, budgeting and financial reporting
  • Build relationships across the network to promote streamlined operations and coordination between clinics and ASC's
