As our on-site specialist, you'll keep mission-critical material handling equipment operating at its best while building strong client relationships.

Your Mission

Own the service experience from arrival to sign-off—solve the problem, communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and leave the equipment and customer in a better place than you found them.

What You'll Tackle
  • Repair and maintain a range of material handling equipment
  • Diagnose issues with speed and accuracy to reduce downtime
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
  • Capture complete records and support parts/inventory tracking
  • Partner with a responsive team and engaged leadership
  • Adopt new tools, software, and industry technologies
  • Lead by example with uncompromising safety
What It Takes
  • High school diploma (technical diploma/degree welcomed)
  • Hands-on technician experience in Forklift, Heavy/Diesel, Automotive, Aerial Platforms (MEWP), or related
  • Sharp diagnostic instincts and methodical problem-solving
  • Excellent people skills and clear communication
  • Self-motivated; strong time management and follow-through
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and software platforms
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed
