Marc Rutenberg Homes, a long established Pinellas County Developer of prestigious communities, and Builder of upscale custom home, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to build the reputation of our homes and deliver confidence and trust to our Homeowner Clients.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
 Schedule day-to-day construction operations with weekly reporting to management and clients.Oversee construction projects from beginning to endDetermine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedulePrepare reports regarding job statusResolve any problems that may ariseEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesEvaluate risksCollaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project teamSupport and participate to negotiate contract agreements with project vendorsObtain the appropriate permits for construction permittingAllocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projectsKeep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularlyHandle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a projectConduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standardsConstruction Manager Qualifications
 BS/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related fieldPMP or an equivalent certification skillsExcellent knowledge of construction materials and equipmentExcellent knowledge of building codes and safety practicesConstruction software user competency, with emphasis on Builder Trend and CoConstructPrevious experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skillsKnowledge of MS Office SuiteStrong reporting skillsThis position is an immediate hire. We expect strong leadership, local knowledge of quality vendors, and the drive to grow to a senior management position with our company.
