An immediate opening is available on our maintenance team and we are ready to accept applications from qualified and experienced individuals to start right away.

The daily work schedule for this position is very fast-paced and non-stop. You will likely find yourself moving from apartment to apartment getting each one ready for new tenants. A lot of time will be spent working on repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. When you are not responding to tenant requests or work orders, you can be found walking the property, performing routine maintenance and catching problems before they arise.

You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining all common areas of the property. You are able to troubleshoot and fix HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and fixtures. The position requires basic customer service skills, as well as strong communication skills. An ideal candidate can work autonomously and multi-task effectively.

General physical fitness is necessary to perform the daily tasks, including climbing ladders, reaching overhead, standing and bending for long periods, and walking, running, and climbing stairs and stairways. Working both indoors and outdoors, in inclement weather is often required. Experience with maintenance tools, and software work order systems is a definite plus.
