Looking for an experienced Maintenance or Operations Manager. Prior experience in managing people and/or projects is a plus. "Handyman" type skills are important, EG experience with flooring, drywall and tile is helpful. Ability to service equipment (PM, basic repairs) and run all equipment is required (we train on specifics of our machines) Applicants MUST have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Work truck and gas card provided. Applicant must be able to get to the office as work truck must be parked at the office when not in use. Paid time off available.
