Host:

Franco's Café has a long tradition of large food portions and fast service. We are looking to add friendly, professional Hosts to greet, seat customers and help reset tables in a speedy, skilled manner as guests leave the restaurant. Must be able to keep up in a multi-tasking working environment. Dependability is a must. Come be part of our enhanced dining experience.

To-Go:

Ability to take orders and answer questions over the telephone and in person about menu items or food and prices. They also describe any specials and prepare non-kitchen food items including chips and salsa, drinks and desserts. When taking orders, help customers with their dietary concerns or issues, including food allergies.

Responsibilities

  • Taking Orders both personally and over the phone.
  • Accurately Preparation orders
  • Organizing Food
  • Packaging Food
  • Customer Interaction
  • Maintaining good hygiene

They may also assist with seating guests if needed.

Organizational skills

  • Write down orders accurately
  • Mention food modifications or customer preferences to the staff
  • Serve food and beverages to the correct To-go guest

Cashier Experience with POS 1 year (Preferred),

Shift:

Day Shift – 10 am to 4 pm

Night Shift – 4 pm to 9 pm

Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday – open 10:30 am to 9 pm

Weekend availability – open 9 am to 9 pm
