Become a vital part of the team responsible for preserving the pristine ambiance of the vibrant, purposefully designed 700 Broadway.
We currently have two openings
Schedule 1: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with two consecutive days off during the week.
Schedule 2: 11:00PM - 8:00AM
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the residential community. From pristine lobbies and spotless hallways to polished elevators and perfectly maintained common areas, your meticulous touch will make a difference.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance staff and property managers, to address resident requests and assist with various tasks as needed. Embrace a teamwork mentality to create a harmonious and efficient work environment.
- Safety: Monitor and address potential safety hazards, such as wet floors or obstructions, to ensure the well-being of residents and visitors. Report any maintenance concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Efficiency: Efficiently perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning, while adhering to established protocols and schedules. Your ability to manage time effectively will contribute to a smoothly run operation.
- Customer Service: Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions. Respond promptly and courteously to their requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a sense of community.
- Trash Removal: Maintain community by promptly removing trash, debris, and recycling materials from designated areas. Ensure all waste is properly disposed of in accordance with recycling and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:
What You Bring
- You have prior experience as a Janitor/Porter in property management, hospitality, or a related field. Working with cleaning chemicals, commercial floor care, and completing minor maintenance tasks.

- You have the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
