About DryMetrics

DryMetrics LLC is a growing environmental services and restoration company specializing in

water damage, mold remediation, and indoor air quality solutions. We work closely with

property managers, HOAs, contractors, and insurance professionals throughout Florida.

Position Overview

This role serves as a front-facing representative of DryMetrics, supporting daily office administration while assisting with business development and referral partner introductions.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable with face-to-face interactions in a

professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Full-time, in-office position during standard business hours

  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors

  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal coordination

  • Maintain organized client files and documentation

  • Support leadership with administrative tasks

Business Development Support

  • Assist with introductions to new referral partners

  • Participate in in-person meetings

  • Maintain referral contact lists and follow-ups

  • Support networking and client appreciation efforts

  • Help generate a minimum of five (5) Google reviews per month

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable with phone and in-person communication

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Office administration, customer service, or business development experience preferred

  • Four-year degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  • Property management or construction industry experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 annual salary, paid weekly via direct deposit

  • Performance bonuses and incentives available

  • Company-provided tools and approved expense card

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Full-time, in-office position

  • Occasional networking or meeting attendance outside normal hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
