Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OMS ADMS DMS Generative AI SCADA and GE ADMS. Experience in Smart Grid Operations is a plus. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems contributing to the companys success and impacting society positively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for OMS ADMS and DMS systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the integration and testing of Generative AI solutions within existing systems.
  • Provide expertise in SCADA and GE ADMS to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize advanced testing tools and techniques to optimize testing processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts.
  • Ensure that testing activities align with the companys objectives and contribute to societal benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in testing.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in OMS ADMS DMS Generative AI SCADA and GE ADMS.
  • Demonstrate experience in Smart Grid Operations is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and capable of working independently.
