Job Summary We are seeking a Test Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OMS ADMS, DMS, Generative AI, SCADA, and GE ADMS. Experience in Smart Grid Operations is a plus. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, contributing to the company’s success and impacting society positively. Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for OMS ADMS and DMS systems. Oversee integration and testing of Generative AI solutions. Provide expertise in SCADA and GE ADMS to enhance performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Monitor and report on testing progress, providing insights. Utilize advanced testing tools to optimize processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Analyze test results and give detailed feedback to development teams. Contribute to automated testing frameworks. Ensure testing activities align with company objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Qualifications Strong technical skills in OMS ADMS, DMS, Generative AI, SCADA, GE ADMS. Experience in Smart Grid Operations desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in developing and executing test plans. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Adaptable to hybrid work model and works independently.
