We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager (onsite) to lead a comprehensive, multi-year business transformation initiative that will modernize and integrate our operations across financial systems, digital technologies, operational processes, ERP implementation, environmental health & safety protocols, and organizational culture. This strategic role will serve as the organizer and driver of enterprise-wide change across our 500+ employee organization spanning fifteen manufacturing sites.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across 5+ sites and business functions
  • Establish program governance, roadmaps, KPIs, and value tracking
  • Drive ERP implementation, process redesign, and operational excellence
  • Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with disciplined execution
  • Influence, align, and mobilize cross-functional leaders without direct authority

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years leading enterprise transformation programs
  • PMP required | Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, ACMP, etc.)
  • Strong experience with ERP, business process redesign, and PMO leadership
  • Skilled at navigating complexity, driving alignment, and removing barriers
  • Executive-level communication and a track record of measurable impact
  • Manufacturing or chemical industry experience is a plus
