Job Description
Job Summary
As the Director of Product Management for AI Runtime Security, you will lead a world-class team to build and scale our innovative AI Runtime product offering. You will define the future of the AI security industry by translating customer needs and market trends into a compelling product vision and strategy. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skill, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver market-defining security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Management team for AI Runtime Security, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Runtime Security, ensuring alignment with executive leadership and customer requirements.
- Proactively collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Own and communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, prospects, and industry analysts.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to solve complex technical problems, prioritize development, and deliver high-quality, on-time product releases.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption.
- Develop and execute product pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize market impact and revenue.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical/military experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise products/platforms in cloud, networking, security, or AI domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Specific experience in network security products and technologies.
- Experience building and launching AI/ML-powered solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

The Team
Product Management or PDM - To stay ahead of the curve, it's critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes we're facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $ $317000/YR.
