About Surfx Technologies:

Surfx Technologies is a fast-growing company that offers atmospheric argon plasmas for the high-volume manufacturing of integrated circuits, semiconductor packages, printed circuit boards, and other microelectronic devices. These automated plasma machines are an excellent choice for surface cleaning, activation, and metal oxide removal. The Surfx Technologies team delivers this atmospheric argon plasma technology for assembled products that are less likely to corrode, delaminate, or come unglued during their lifetime. Our customers include the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers and technology companies.

Our industry leading tools deliver fast, effective, damage-free and particle-free surface modification, employing our proprietary atmospheric pressure, argon plasma technology. Collaborating within the team, this role requires deep knowledge of mechatronics to design and develop innovative new products.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Associate to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division working at Surfx Technologies, our Applied Plasma business line. It is an exciting time to join our team

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Associate is an integral member of our growing sales team. This role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, leading sales enablement initiatives, and continuously optimizing sales processes. Key responsibilities include managing daily sales operations, coordinating trade show activities, maintaining CRM systems, and qualifying inbound leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains and enhances the CRM system (e.g., Zoho), including data entry, data cleaning, and ensuring data integrityCreates reports and dashboards, and analyze data to generate insights that inform sales strategies and track performanceProcesses optimization to identify and implement improvements to sales workflows and processes to increase efficiencyProvides support for sales order processing and customer inquiriesCRM management, generating critical sales reportsCoordinates and oversees trade show planning, logistics, and executionAssesses and qualifies inbound leads to support sales pipeline growthPartners with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaignsServes as the primary contact for external web development and SEO vendors

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field preferredThree to five years of relevant work experience preferred Highly organized, with the ability to successfully to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlinesExperience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteOutstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, interpret data, and derive actionable insightsStrong attention to detail
