Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Interiors Engineer to lead the development of groundbreaking interior components and systems, focusing on luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve technical excellence and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will employ innovative tools and approaches to support accelerated development cycles and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and engineering of advanced interior components and systems within the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure superior quality, performance, and timely delivery of interior solutions.
  • Utilize CAD and other engineering tools to create detailed 2D/3D designs, packaging layouts, and conduct DFM studies.
  • Contribute to setting industry benchmarks through knowledge of trends, supplier capabilities, and material selection.
  • Drive the product from concept through to production launch, ensuring adherence to safety, ergonomics, and functionality standards.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA V5/V6, for design and development.
  • Solid experience with the design, performance, and manufacturing of plastic parts.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.

Industry Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in automotive Interior Components and Systems development.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline.
