Role Overview
The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle and grow V aske's footprint across the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. This role focuses on selling Oracle Cloud, on-premise licensing, and value-added services. You'll collaborate closely with Oracle's channel ecosystem, internal solution teams, and local customers in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new and expansion opportunities within the Twin Cities
- Partner with Oracle channel reps and internal solution architects to position Oracle Cloud and licensing solutions
- Conduct discovery, identify customer challenges, and map Oracle solutions to business outcomes
- Deliver demos, presentations, proposals, and pricing in line with Oracle licensing and cloud consumption models
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
- Strengthen long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers in Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Stay current on Oracle product updates, licensing changes, and competitive positioning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience selling Oracle solutions (OCI, Database, ERP, HCM, EBS, etc.)
- Proven quota achievement ($1M+ annual quota preferred)
- Strong understanding of Oracle licensing, cloud subscriptions, and renewal cycles
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing relationships with Oracle channel teams (strong asset)
- Must reside in—or be willing to relocate to—the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
