Social Media and Marketing Coordinator – By Maxwell

By Maxwell, a boutique offering luxury fashion with untapped potential, is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who's ready to take our brand to the next level.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has proven experience managing multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Understands fashion trends, brand voice, and visual storytelling
  • Is confident, independent, and thrives without micromanagement
  • Can consistently create engaging content, grow our following, and drive meaningful engagement
  • Is up-to-date with current social media tools, strategies, and algorithm changes
  • Brings ideas to the table and is ready to own our social presence like it's their own
  • Is camera-ready, confident, and comfortable being on camera for social media content (this is non-negotiable)
  • Represents a high-end professional image capable of building a strong digital presence that aligns with our brand and is able to model our clothing for our social media audience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to our boutique
  • Manage daily posting, stories, and community engagement across 6–8 accounts and platforms
  • Create visually appealing photo and video content, featuring our product, store, team, and self-presentation when needed
  • Track and report on growth, insights, and engagement
  • Collaborate with our internal team on promotions, new arrivals, and events
  • Identify influencer and local business partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate photoshoots for content creation
  • Line up marketing events for exposure
  • Build our online presence through social media and online boutique sales
