Salary/Hourly Rate
$35/hr - $40/hr
Position Overview
The Senior Accountant will support core accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliations, and expense management. This role requires strong Oracle, Concur, and Excel skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant
- Manage general ledger activity and journal entries.
- Perform monthly close and financial reporting.
- Oversee expense reports using Concur.
- Prepare reconciliations and audit support schedules.
- Assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle and Excel.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Accountant:
- 8+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Oracle and Concur.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Accountant:
- Background in financial services or banking.
- CPA or Master's in Accounting/Finance.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
