Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly I - Electrical worker to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in power product assembly and be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble power products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in power product assembly
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School degree or GED is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.
