At Cliff Lewis Experience, one of Pennsylvania's top real estate teams, we believe great marketing starts with great visuals. Every home deserves professional photos and videos that tell its story. We're looking for the person to make that happen.

We're hiring a Real Estate Marketing & Media Specialist who will handle the photography and videography for our listings, edit and prepare the media for marketing, and post that content across our platforms. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves being behind the camera and wants to help grow a strong, consistent marketing presence for our team.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

  • Capture high-quality listing photos, interior/exterior videos, and drone shots when applicable.
  • Take photos and short videos for social media, team events, and community highlights.
  • Edit photos and videos for MLS, social, and web use.
  • Deliver finished files on schedule and ensure all listings have professional media before launch.

Social Media & Content Posting

  • Upload and post listing photos, videos, and reels on team social media channels.
  • Write short captions and coordinate with leadership on posting schedules.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding and tone across posts.
  • Track engagement and basic metrics for leadership review.

Marketing Support

  • Organize and archive all marketing media by property and date.
  • Assist with occasional team projects, events, or promotional content.
  • Communicate with leadership and agents to confirm shoot schedules and marketing timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate photography and videography preferred (portfolio required).
  • Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing for real estate.
  • Drone/gimbal experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Ricoh Theta 360 Camera and/or Insta360 camera equipment needed
  • Comfortable managing a consistent shoot schedule and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Basic familiarity with social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
