Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director of Global CRM Management to lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce CRM platform on a global scale. This role is pivotal in driving the accuracy of sales funnels, managing end customer and distributor data, and ensuring product information is up to date. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focused on delivering scalable CRM solutions, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling sales teams worldwide through effective training and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of 5-7 direct reports responsible for Salesforce CRM administration, development, and support.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Develop and implement global CRM solutions that improve funnel accuracy, customer contact management, distributor information, and product data consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business needs.
- Design and deliver training aids, documentation, and user support materials to maximize CRM adoption and proficiency across global sales teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for CRM processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Salesforce support and third-party developers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations related to CRM data.
Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience managing CRM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized global teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM best practices, sales funnel management, and data governance.
- Experience developing training materials and driving user adoption for CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable.
The base compensation range for this position is $164,800 to $285,100 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
