As CRM Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of Jellycat's customer engagement strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints in the North American market. With 3–4 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, you're both analytical and creative — capable of managing day-to-day campaign execution, uncovering insights, and enhancing the overall customer journey. You'll work closely with the CRM Manager and cross-functional partners to bring the Jellycat experience to life through thoughtful, targeted communications.
You'll be:
- Executing and managing day-to-day CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and customer lifecycle journeys (e.g., welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, retention).
- Supporting the development and refinement of customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.
- Assisting in building and optimizing automated workflows, triggers, and dynamic content based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborating with Creative, E-commerce, and Product teams to ensure CRM content aligns with brand tone, seasonal launches, and marketing priorities.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) — open rates, click-through, conversion, unsubscribes, revenue per send — and share actionable insights.
- Partnering with Data/Analytics to improve customer profiles, campaign attribution, and reporting dashboards.
- Helping ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA) and manage list hygiene.
- Testing and iterating on A/B subject lines, creative, send times, and segmentation to improve results.
- Monitoring CRM platform performance and supporting integrations and troubleshooting as needed.
You'll have:
- 3–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention-focused digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo, BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or CRM dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal — with an eye for brand tone and detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and e-commerce teams.
- Familiarity with North American compliance laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with loyalty or rewards programs.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting.
- Background in consumer goods, lifestyle, toys, or gift industries.
- Experience with SMS or mobile push notifications.
