Job Overview

We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join our team and help build intelligent systems that power real-world applications. You'll work with a small team of data scientists and engineers to design, train, and deploy machine learning models across various domains.

What you'll do

  • Work with client teams to design, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
  • Support data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines using Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into client applications.
  • Assist in optimizing model performance and improving automation workflows.
  • Document processes, maintain code quality, and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune ML models for prediction, classification, and automation tasks
  • Work with Python frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Collaborate on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Support integration of models into production environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and basic data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or LLMs is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of model optimization and performance tuning
