Job Description
We are seeking a
Solution Architect – SAP IBP (Demand Planning)
for a remote role within the Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) domain. This individual will play a key role in translating client requirements into innovative, differentiated, and deliverable solutions, leveraging deep expertise in technology, platforms, and business functions.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Pursuit, and Delivery teams to design a solution that supports the client's business case and value proposition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on subject matter expert in
SAP IBP for Demand Planning
, with experience working in complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable demand planning solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution architectures.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and functional skills.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation of solution designs, processes, and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to existing solutions.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 4–8 years of IT experience in configuring and implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong background in demand planning solution architecture and system implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP IBP for Demand Planning (P3 – Advanced).
  • Beginner-level proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities for effective solution delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder (nice to have).
