Position: Café Barista- Full-Time or Part-Time

Reports to: Cafe Manager/ General Manager/ Operation Manager / Owners

Overview:

Our Café Baristas delivers a refined, welcoming experience that elevates our members' and guests' daily routine. As the face of our luxury café, you'll craft high-quality beverages with precision, maintain a flawless environment, and provide warm, attentive service that reflects our club's elevated standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Hospitality:

  • Greet members warmly and provide prompt, polished service
  • Prepare high-quality coffee, teas, smoothies, and café offerings with consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically elevated café space
  • Make thoughtful product recommendations based on member preferences
  • Handle member concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach

Café Operations:

  • Follow all café recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Execute opening and closing duties with accuracy
  • Maintain inventory organization and communicate stock needs to the Café Manager
  • Operate POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions
  • Support café events, promotions, and seasonal menu rollouts

Retail & Concessions Support

  • Assist with the setup, restocking, and maintenance of all retail and concessions displays
  • Ensure snacks, bottled beverages, supplements, and grab-and-go items are fully stocked and presented in a clean, luxury-aligned manner
  • Provide product recommendations based on member preferences and wellness goals
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and communicate restock needs to the Café Manager
  • Setup and help execute trunk shows, activations, and pop-ups

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Uphold health and sanitation standards throughout all café areas
  • Clean and maintain equipment, countertops, and seating areas
  • Follow all food handling and hygiene guidelines
  • Ensure café ambiance aligns with luxury club expectations
  • Keep all retail shelving, coolers, and display areas organized, tidy, and visually appealing

Qualifications

  • Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, polished demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but upscale environment
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Interest in wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
  • food handler's license

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate ($13–$15/hr, depending on experience), plus Tips == totaling almost $25+
  • Opportunity for performance-based increases.
