We're now looking for a
Field Service Technician
to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist senior technicians with dental equipment installations and service calls
  • Complete service reports neatly and on time (
    accuracy and documentation matter here
    )
  • Follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards
  • Arrive on time, clean, and professional each day
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting experienced technicians
  • Communicate with coworkers and customers (Spanish bilingual is a plus)

What We're Looking For

  • 1–7 years of experience in a
    hands-on trade
    such as HVAC, biomedical, or equipment repair — or other
    physical or field-based work
    (e.g., warehouse, construction, roofing, or general maintenance).
  • Dental experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Reliable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Mechanically inclined with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Responsible and professional in both appearance and communication

Pay & Agreement

  • $20–$27 per hour
    , depending on experience
  • 90-day structured training and onboarding period
    , including:
  • Paid holidays: Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
  • After 90 days: review for permanent hire, with consideration for:
  • Additional PTO
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Salary adjustments
