The Director of Sales at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's overall sales strategy across all club locations and entertainment venues. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue through private event bookings, VIP experiences, table reservations, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and experienced in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for all club locations
- Oversee and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, setting goals, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, corporate accounts, and event planners
- Lead efforts to sell VIP packages, bottle service, private events, group bookings, and sponsored promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, digital strategy, and brand partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships that align with the brand's target audience
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and conversions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Ensure the team complies with company policies, industry regulations, and high service standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of nightlife trends, VIP hospitality, event sales, and client relationship management
- Proficient in using CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on client and event schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
