Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) BDC Representative to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive dealership in South Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquires, scheduling appointments, and driving dealership growth through effective communication and lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage and update customer information using CRM software such as Dealer center to ensure accurate records
  • Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet client requirements effectively
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities
  • Track progress of business development activities and prepare reports for management review
  • Provide Basic Information about vehicles and dealership services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management roles
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
