Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) BDC Representative to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive dealership in South Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquires, scheduling appointments, and driving dealership growth through effective communication and lead management.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software such as Dealer center to ensure accurate records
- Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet client requirements effectively
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities
- Track progress of business development activities and prepare reports for management review
- Provide Basic Information about vehicles and dealership services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management roles
- Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning techniques
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
