Director of Sales & Marketing

Are you a strategic, driven sales leader who thrives on exceeding goals and spotting opportunities before the competition does? We're looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our group, transient, and catering revenue strategy while elevating the hotel's market position.

In this role, you'll shape the hotel's sales direction, analyze market and competitive trends, build effective marketing strategies, and develop a high-performing sales team. You'll collaborate closely with our General Manager and Revenue Management as well as serve as the hotel's voice of the customer, ensuring our strategies are aligned with market demand and guest expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead efforts to drive revenue across group, LNR, CNR and Meeting Room business.
  • Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitive set performance to stay ahead of shifts.
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans and key account strategies.
  • Manage group pace, forecasting, and outside sales calls.
  • Create an impactful marketing communications plan that supports our brand positioning.
  • Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
  • Inspire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing hotel team.
  • Oversee the sales & marketing budget to maximize return on investment.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with STR, forecasting, and hotel reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with ownership or asset management groups.
  • Proficiency with sales automation systems (DELPHI), PMS platforms, and MS Office.
  • A strong communicator and team leader with the ability to inspire results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range:
    $65,000-$70,000 annually
    , based on experience

    annual performance bonus/incentive plan
